Ask about the room, tell us about an idea for a night or pass on a message for the referee. We read everything.
“Parking and the walk in.”
The easiest way in is by car: park on Herbert Street or the side streets and walk to the door, keeping driveways clear. On a Friday evening the spots nearest the entrance go quickly, so if you're carrying a tower, a monitor or a trolley of cables, arrive a little before six.
Plenty of members walk or ride, and the harbour is close enough for a stroll before doors open. If you're heading home late, make sure someone knows you're leaving; the crew will happily wait until you're in the car.

“Can I ring during the day?”
You can, but the phone is mostly answered by volunteers after five. Leave a message or send an email, and someone from the crew will call back in the evening.
“I'm nervous about the first visit. Any tips?”
Ring or write first. We'll tell you who will be on the door, what the night is like and where to sit. Most newcomers say the worst part was the drive.
“What if the room is closed?”
Monday and Tuesday the doors are shut, and on a storm night we may close early. Check the chat server or call the number above before you set off.
